• As soon as payment is received, a confirmation email is sent with a download link to the email you provided.

• The download link also appears on the “Thank You” page.

• The download link you receive is active for 30 days. After that, the link no longer works.

Supply of Digital Products

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

• Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on fox cub design stuidio.com, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 

• Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the we will make to your specifications after you purchase them. We will send your files to you once they have completed them.

Have a specific design in mind? I’d love to help bring your ideas to life. Feel free to send me a message with your request, and I’ll let you know as soon as your custom item is available on the site.

Requesting a design is completely free, and there’s no obligation to purchase if you change your mind. However, as these requests are not paid for in advance, there is no guaranteed timeframe for when they will be completed. I’ll do my best to get to your request as soon as possible.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item? 

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on when the digital download was requested, we aim to have all made to order items completed within 5 working days. Please coordinate with us via foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com to establish the completion time for your order.

Once we finish your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us via foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com for further assistance.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or cancelled.

However if there’s a problem with your digital order, like it’s not as described in the listing, you don't receive your file or there is spelling mistakes etc that make the faulty we will be happy to refund you.

• Email us within 14 days of purchase at: foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com

• Provide details including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

• Refund: If your return is approved, we will confirm via email. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of this confirmation.
