I can’t find my download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?
The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on when the digital download was requested, we aim to have all made to order items completed within 5 working days. Please coordinate with us via foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com to establish the completion time for your order.

Once we finish your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.

I’m having trouble downloading my files
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us via foxcubdesignstudio@gmail.com for further assistance and we will be happy to send the files directly to you.​

Supply of Digital Products
There are two kinds of digital purchases:

Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on fox cub design stuidio.com, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the we will make to your specifications after you purchase them. We will send your files to you once they have completed them.

Have a specific design in mind? I’d love to help bring your ideas to life. Feel free to send me a message with your request, and I’ll let you know as soon as your custom item is available on the site.
Requesting a design is completely free, and there’s no obligation to purchase if you change your mind. However, as these requests are not paid for in advance, there is no guaranteed timeframe for when they will be completed. I’ll do my best to get to your request as soon as possible.

How to Print​​

1. Extracting Your Downloaded Files
Most digital downloads come in a .zip file to bundle multiple files together. You’ll need to extract them before printing.
Option A: Double-Click to Open

Locate the .zip file on your device.

Double-click it to open in your default archive manager (e.g., File Explorer on Windows or Finder on Mac).

Drag individual files or folders to your preferred location (e.g., Desktop or Documents).
-
To extract all contents, press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac), then drag everything out.
Option B: Right-Click and Extract

Right-click the .zip file.
-
Choose "Extract All..." or "Extract to..." (wording may vary by system/software).

Follow the prompts to choose a destination folder.

Click Extract — your files will appear in the folder you selected.
🔒 Note: The original zip file will remain unchanged after extraction.

2. Opening Your PDF File
Once extracted, find the PDF file you want to print.

Refunds & Cancellations for Digital Items
As stated on each digital product page, digital items are not eligible for returns or cancellations once purchased. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll be happy to review the situation and issue a refund if appropriate.
